AQuI Student Seminar Series (S3) Workshop on Quantum and Biology - August 10 & 11

When

All Day, Aug. 10 to 11, 2023

The Arizona Quantum Initiative (AQuI) Student Seminar Series (S3) is proud to announce our first workshop on biology and quantum information! Our mission is to cultivate a supportive and interdisciplinary network of student researchers with the intent of defining interesting projects that bridge quantum sciences with other fields. In doing so, we hope to introduce quantum-inspired modalities that may unveil new research frontiers and questions across all scientific domains.

Please join us for the first AQuI S3 workshop on Quantum and Bio. This past season, we held talks on the broader strokes of the Bio-Sciences in Quantum, with student speakers who presented on their research and how it ties to the applications of quantum science in biology, medicine and other topics in the broader field of bio-sciences. AQuI S3 talks are scheduled on a monthly basis, and at the end of each season, the organizers host a workshop. The broad objective of this workshop is to foster and provide a platform to discuss multidisciplinary project ideas.

Please direct questions about this workshop to Jack Postlewaite, President, AQuI S3 SPG; Email: jpostlewaite@arizona.edu
